DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked in for one night and got a double bed room. We got to the hotel and the associate said we'd need to pay 480 pesos for an extra person. The website charges the SAME PRICE for both one AND two persons when making the reservation. The extra fee for additional person is only posted in the hotel and not online ANYWHERE. We would not have booked this place if we had known this. What a scam. The room also smells like feet or cat litter and had two lights out. The only redeeming qualities it has are that it's conveniently located next to the airport and has a shuttle that takes you to and from the airport. It's also nearly impossible to walk to this hotel from the airport. There's a gate from the direction of the airport that you can't get pass unless someone sees you. For $150 this place is a scam. Better to head closer to the beach and stay at a nicer hotel for $100/night.

Super overpriced Its good juat when you need to be wupwr close to the airport . Breakfast is basic just one meal drom set menu and not eveb water. Rooms are big but worn...the sheets didnt even looked changed Shower is tragic! No wifi by the pool and not nice environment in general. Reception Staff being dressed as homeless people. Would rather take taxi somewhere else next time. For 150 usd it is just a joke

Great location for late arrival or early take off. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean especially the bathroom and free breakfast was great! After dealing with sub standard condition of most hotels….this was great!👍

Overpriced and bad experience. Only good things are the location and size of the room. The bed is too short and uncomfortable. The breakfast are a few cheap options from their menu which for dinner is all overpriced and tastes bad! Rather buy something from the Oxxo store just down the street. It is an easy hotel from the airport, but do not expect any worth for your money, or staff that is interested in helping you or seeming somewhat bothered to do their job. Worst experience from a 3 week wonderful vacation in Mexico.

The hotel almost wanted to charge me for an Â¿extra personÂ¿ for my room! I was traveling with my wife and two teenage sons and we had a room with two queen size beds. They ended up not charging the extra fee, but that was ridiculous.

I called to make a same day reservation and I was told come down we have low occupancy. It took me four hours and was told sorry it full. No excuses or anything in spite the gal was the same. Just bye bye and next. Very poor and unprofessional front desk.

We stayed at this hotel for one night prior to our flight out. The receptionist was friendly and informative. The room was spotless. The bed was very comfey, the sheets on the bed were of a very high quality which was a pleasant surprise. It was very quiet. The hotel restaurant had very yummy food for dinner and they put on a good spread of a buffet which is included in the price of the room. The shuttle service to the airport runs often and is very reliable. All in all we were very happy with our stay here and highly recommend this hotel!
